Stability, Support, and A Launchpad
Many people graduate from 28-day substance use disorder recovery programs into everyday lives that aren’t resourced or structured for long-term success. The Long Road’s donated RV communities with wrap-around clinical and social services provide a safe place to rebuild, with a 24-month program that helps residents transition into self-sufficiency. Residents receive life-changing therapy, job training, community, and sustainability education such as budgeting, gardening, and RV repair classes. Upon successful completion of the program, residents become the legal, licensed, and insured owners of their RVs.

From the Executive Director
As we raise funds to purchase and set up our first RV community, our team is hard at work creating operational and clinical infrastructure to support future residents. Our founding team includes skill sets spanning licensed substance use disorder treatment, compliant clinical oversight, civil engineering, and rigorously accountable, auditable financial management.
About Me
I am Nicole Davis, a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional, as well as a wife, mother, and community leader. Throughout my career, I have observed that one of the greatest barriers for individuals in recovery is the lack of safe and stable housing. At the same time, I have seen how communities feel the impact when RVs and unhoused individuals are left without resources, leading to increased crime and a sense of insecurity.

Walking the Long Road: Our Values
Everyone deserves basic respect and compassion.
All human beings, no matter their background or current circumstances, have inherent value. We all need a safe place to sleep and a shame-free environment for healing, and we are all worthy of love.
Lasting recovery requires holistic support.
Addiction recovery has the best chance for success when programs include more than just treatment for substance use itself. Safe housing, employment and education help, health and mental health care, family and social services, faith-based programming, and other stabilizing support help people change their lives for good.
Meaning matters.
We believe in whole-person healing, with space intentionally created for awe, conscience, inner purpose, and nourishment of the soul.
We heal better together.
Addiction is deeply isolating. Community provides social reinforcement, concrete help, and a sense of belonging—essential ingredients for rebuilding lives sustainably. When we live in community, considering others’ needs as well as our own, we make a safer environment for all.
Accountability and compliance are table stakes.
We manage our donors’ funding with the utmost care and responsibility. Our finances are audited annually, and donors receive regular, transparent reports on how we’re using our resources.
