Our Talented Team Members
Behind The Long Road Project is a team of dedicated leaders who share a deep commitment to recovery and community. Their expertise and compassion help guide our vision and sustain our impact.

Nicole Davis
Executive Director
Nicole Davis is a resilient leader whose life experience shaped her commitment to service. After overcoming childhood instability and cycles of abuse, she returned to college to study Social and Human Services with a focus on Addiction Studies. She began counseling in 2017 and quickly recognized a critical gap in recovery support: the need for safe, stable housing. This insight became the foundation of her nonprofit work to create long-term, sustainable recovery opportunities for individuals and families.
In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Nicole runs a life coaching and organizing business, volunteers with Queen It’s a New Day supporting women in recovery, and serves as a team manager for her husband’s youth football team. She and her husband are raising six children and view their family’s story as part of God’s plan to uplift their community.
