program. Our goal is to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where long‐term stability and personal growth are possible.
Program Overview
The Long Road Project is a 24‐month residential therapeutic program located within a safe, monitored community setting. Residents live onsite in RV housing while participating in a comprehensive program that addresses behavioral health, life skills, employment readiness, and self and spiritual growth.

Individual and group counseling
Case management & goal planning
Life‐skills education (financial literacy,
time management, communication)
Community responsibilities & peer accountability
Optional spiritual support and values‐based programming
Who the Program Is For
Are seeking housing stability and structure
Are committed to personal growth & accountability
Are willing to participate in a long‐term program, i.e. substance abuse treatment and/or mental health therapy
Desire to build sustainable life skills and independence
Housing & Living Environment
Some residents arrive with their own RV
Cats and dogs allowed (non-aggressive)
Others may be placed in a donated or restored RV
The Long Road will assist residents to license, insure, and maintain their RV’s according to community standards
Residents are responsible for keeping their living space clean and orderly
Our Mission
The Long Road Project exists to provide stable housing, therapeutic support, life‐skills development, and community connection for individuals seeking lasting independence. Our program bridges the gap between crisis housing and permanent self‐sufficiency through structure, accountability, and compassion.

Expectations & Responsibilities
Commit to the full 24‐month program
● Attend all required counseling, case management, and program activities
● Follow community rules and policies
● Recovery support groups/fellowship required
● Participate in community duties and peer accountability
● Communicate respectfully with staff and fellow residents
Failure to follow program guidelines may result in corrective action or removal from the program.
Safety, Support, & Community Standards
The Long Road Project is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all residents.
● The community uses non‐invasive safety monitoring
● Violence, harassment, and illegal activity are not tolerated
● Weapons are prohibited
● All residents must comply with safety protocols and emergency procedures
Support Services are available. Residents will have access to:
● Case management support
● Behavioral health services
● Recovery and peer support
● Employment and vocational assistance
● Educational workshops
● Community resources and referrals
Services are tailored to individual needs and goals.
